Storage or work shed available in Tacoma off Portland ave. This shed is in a zoned area so it's ideal to use it as a working space. It can be used for a lawnmower repair shop or tinker shop for smaller motorized tools or equipment.

This shed has water and power available and is included with the rental. Access to the bathroom and customer parking for all renters. Parking is available for all renters.

This shed is in a very secure area and is lockable so your stuff will be safe. We are on the property the majority of the time.

If you want to rent this as a workshop or need to use the tools we have on-site, we will negotiate a deal.

You can access this shed through a locked side gate. You can back up your trucks or trailers into the space to load and unload. The shed also can be locked and can be controlled by the renter.
