I can rent the half ($350) or whole 2 car garage ($550) to low maintenance and quiet tenant. Water hookup, electricity hookup, garage sink is available.

The garage has 120 V power. No 220 V power available. It is not for living inside the garage. Not for the heavy or noisy workshops.

No drugs (including weeds/marijuana), no heavy drinking, no pets, please. A background/history check is required before moving.

First-month payment required + $500 refundable Deposit. Rent: $350 for half garage. $550 for the whole garage.
